總承包商菩提團隊與專業承包商已經完成第1A期五棟總工程大約98%，並通過郡政府的多項檢查，由於受到居家避疫行政命令之影響，最近幾個月工程進度暫緩。整地承包商Gregg Simpson contractor於去年已經完成85%排水工程，水土保持，並於2020年六月下旬繼續第一期的15%的排水工程，第一期齋堂的地基工程與消防管線。
Phase 1A (5 buildings)，Phase 1B (4 buildings)
General contractor Team Bodhi Inc. and other professional contractors have finished about 98% of the phase 1A’s five buildings and passed the County’s several inspections. Due to the order of Shelter-in-Place, there is not much progress in construction in the last few months. Grading subcontractor Gregg Simpson has completed 85% of the storm drainage. They are doing the final 15% of storm drainage, and has started on the phase 1 Dining Hall foundation and fire prevention waterlines in June of 2020.

大殿增加高度申請
有關向郡政府提出申請放寬高度限制，將大殿從50英呎調高為65英呎，預訂於本年舉辦有關本案的公聽會。目前已有許多支持信件寄到郡政府，屆時將由我方之律師、建築師、及聖城規劃員、等人代表發言。預計本案將會上訴至郡參事，並於本年二次公聽會做成最後之決定。
Height Variance
In order to request a height variance to raise the Assembly Hall design from 50 feet up to 65 feet, an application was submitted to Mendocino county. The public hearings of this case will take place later this year. There were many support letters sent to Mendocino county. A team consists of our legal adviser, architect, and planners will be our spokespersons. It is very likely that our case will be appealed to a second hearing in front of the Board of Supervisors.
